My Watercolour Story

I posted a video discussing this topic.

I do not think I should repeat myself here. I will, however, share a few thoughts on the subject. In a reply to one of my viewers when discussing creative block, I mentioned my fear of taking a creative detour and getting further away from my medium of choice: writing. I go on to explain:

Getting natural light is useful though sometimes you get distracted by the view... or the football match,

Them's fighting words, if you will permit me the colloquialism. How much of it is pure bravado? How much is sincere sentiment? There is an underlining sense of hope I would like to hold on to.

Have you ever had to deal with the type of creative block that makes you question your creative purpose and identity? How did you work through it or around it? Did you ever wonder whether you were trying to slay dragons or were simply tilting at windmills?
